Let's start the week with a breakfast classic that's perfect for packing in your lunch box: For the small, fluffy pancakes you need: - 2 ripe bananas - 150g spelt flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1 pinch of cinnamon - A little oil for baking.
Peel and mash the banana. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and 200ml water and mix quickly to form a dough. Heat the oil in a frying pan and spoon the batter into the pan. Fry each side over a medium heat. (P.S.: The pancakes can be frozen in portions.) Then thread any fruit you like onto small skewers. Add a few cashew nuts for a little extra crunch in the lunch box.

Who doesn't love pizza? Let's make them into a handy snack.
Add a few vegetable skewers to our pizza hearts and serve with grapes as a fruity refreshment for the perfect sweetness.

Wraps are super flexible and can be filled according to taste. For this version, the wraps were spread with cream cheese and then topped with ham, cheese and lettuce. Sprinkle with a little fresh cress and then roll up and cut into pieces. They hold together really well with a toothpick. Serve with pistachios as a protein-rich snack and a mandarin orange to round off the meal with its fresh taste.

Crissini are crispy breadsticks that go perfectly with a creamy dip.
For our dip: - mix crème fraiche with yoghurt - To season, simply add a pinch of salt and fresh herbs such as chives.
Now peel the fresh vegetables and cut them into strips. The crunchy vegetable sticks are also great for dipping. Add a few grapes and you have a varied snack box.

At the end of the week, we cut out bread and sausage slices in pretty little shapes. Not only is it an eye-catcher, it also tastes much better than a normal sausage sandwich. Hihi. It goes well with crunchy bell pepper sticks, an egg and an exotic passion fruit, which provides a great contrast with its acidity and refreshing taste.
