How the ergobag sits correctly
Close waist belt
Close the belt at the hips and pull tightly. This position moves the majority of the weight from the shoulders to the solid pelvis.
Close chest strap
Close the chest strap at a comfortable height and tighten. This prevents the straps from sliding off the shoulders and offers flexibility when running & playing.
Tighten straps
Set the shoulder straps by pulling the strap down tightly.
